StarCraft II Beta — Patch 13 INC!
There have been many new additions to Patch 13 including the map publishing feature, but as with previous Situation Reports, we wanted to take some time to go into some of the balance changes in particular and explain a bit more about them. In this patch we are looking to address several balance issues that the community has discovered over the last few weeks. We are also addressing some of the zerg units and abilities that don’t see a lot of use in competitive games. These changes are big enough that we think it’s likely there will be further balance changes to these units as we learn more about how they are playing in the game. Sentry Force Fields – Force Fields can now be destroyed by Massive ground units walking over them.
World of Warcraft Remote Auction House Beta Test
The World of Warcraft Remote Auction House beta test is now open for business! The Remote Auction House is a new service in development that lets players access the World of Warcraft Auction House from the Armory website (http://us.wowarmory.com/auctionhouse/) or the Mobile Armory app for iPhone and iPod touch (here). Players can browse their characters’ local Auction Houses with the same search functionality available in the game, as well as see the real-time status of each of their current bids and auctions.
BlizzCon 2010 Tickets On Sale June 2 and June 5
Tickets to this year’s BlizzCon gaming convention, being held on October 22 and 23 in Anaheim, California, will go on sale worldwide on Wednesday, June 2 at 7 p.m. Pacific time for $150 each, with a second block of tickets going on sale Saturday, June 5 at 10 a.m. Pacific time.

Solomani is at it again with another multiboxing Hunter video, this time he is multiboxing Deadmines.    He has this to say about his team: All 5x Hunters. No healers. Comments list any issues I had in the run. Will hopefully get ST up this weekend. 5x BM. Builds are similar but not identical. I found talents I normally wouldn’t take or find useful solo are worthwhile for 5x hunter (like the improved heal and any party booster talent). I toyed with the idea of mixing BM and Marks but it would just reduce efficiency too much IMO. Take a look at the multiboxing Deadmines video

Solomani, one of our forum posts here on the Multiboxing Forums, has been creating some fantastic videos of his journey through World of Warcraft multiboxing Hunters! Solomani said, “One thing to note I haven’t bought *anything* with these guys. All their kit are from drops or quests. That’s another part of my personal challenge – to resist pimping them out. Cataclysm Class Information Coming!
Directly from the horses mouth: Beginning Wednesday, April 7 we will begin releasing class previews containing an overview of some of the changes currently being planned for each of the 10 World of Warcraft classes. The type of information you can expect from these posts are a list of the new spells from 80-85, the new passive mastery bonuses for all talent trees, a brief outline of some of the talent changes we’re currently planning, and in some cases new low level spells for select classes. These changes will by no means be comprehensive, and are subject to change between now and the launch of the expansion. It’s also important to understand that some classes are currently further along in the development process than others, and as a result the amount of information will vary from class to class. Please do not let this frustrate you should your class be amongst those which are on the “lighter” side of things, as all classes will receive the same level of design attention before the expansion is released. Additionally we’ll be providing more information for all classes, especially as we move into the beta phase.
World of Warcraft Patch 3.3.3 Notes
World of Warcraft Client Patch 3.3.3 PvP The amount of Honor awarded for an Honorable Kill has been increased by 100% for characters of all levels. Since all Honor is awarded based on a conversion rate from Honorable Kills, this change will effectively double the amount of Honor received from Honorable Kills, or for completing Battleground and Wintergrasp objectives; however, the amount of experience gained from completing Battleground objectives and the amount of Honor rewarded for completing each Wintergrasp quest remain unchanged. Battlegrounds The Random Battleground system has been added! Similar to the Random Dungeon system in the Dungeon Finder, players can now queue for a random Battleground.
Intel i7-980X Reviewed: Live video of Tim unboxing and setting up the I7-980X CPU!
For your PC nuts out there, today we will be doing a special live video review of the newest, absolutely most monsterous gaming CPU on the market today:  The Intel I7-980X CPU.  This processor is the highest end desktop CPU that money can buy.  With 6 CPU cores, with a standard 3.3GHZ clockspeed, and fully overclockable, this CPU will melt your heart. How will this CPU fare for multiboxing?  Our guess is that you could run 40+ World of Warcrafts on a single PC using this processor. Previously Tim (the founder of this site as well as the owner of the Pwnboxer multiboxing software) was using the voraciously fast i7 975 Extreme Edition as his gaming CPU.  Don’t get us wrong, that processor is a beast.  However, if the 975EE is a beast, than the 980X is a solar system.  Yes, it is all that and a bag of black holes!
