It seems like there are many who have problems with the first encounter in the new instance: Trial of the Champion … since its a jousting event.

I’m definitely not good at jousting, but I managed to get normal mode down on the second try. To show of how this was made, a put together a video with information on how to beat the first boss:

What is multiboxing?

Multiboxing is a term used to denote one user playing multiple accounts simultaneously. Typically you will have 1 player controlling multiple characters at the same time.

For example, in World of Warcraft, 1 person may be controlling 5 Shamans at the same time.
